Osteria Marzano unfortunately was a miss for me. I was really excited to visit after seeing a lot of buzz about this place on social media, but it seems to be a spot that was definitely overhyped with their wow-worthy food that fell flat.
The location of this restaurant is odd- it’s more of an office park location and isn’t really near anything, so you have to make it a point to eat here. Also, the interior of the restaurant felt like you were in an office park. I think they were trying to give it a more ‘modern luxury feel,’ but it just resulted in a lack of atmosphere.
Food wise I will say that Osteria Marzano had delicious appetizers. They had a ricotta toast that was to die for. That’s about it. I (obviously) ordered their cheese wheel experience- their signature, but had to watch them cook it ‘table side’ out in the hallway, because the cart doesn’t fit in all areas of the restaurant, which I was not told when I ordered. It was also very average pasta. Sorry.
Overall, Osteria Marzano really fell flat for me, which is such a bummer because I think it had great potential based on all the buzz.
