Chubby Noodle is one of the few North Beach spots that isn’t your traditional Italian food, but that doesn’t mean they don’t serve up some excellent Noodles! As the name implies, this Asian comfort food spot has killer garlic noodles (and many other noodle favorites), while also serving up some more traditional Asian-American bites. The best thing about Chubby Noodle is that they’re a rock-solid dinner choice, but also serve a bottomless food and drink brunch that WOWs.

Their brunch is something special- one of my top brunches to date, and hands down the best I’ve been to in the city. With that being said, you have to be on a particular mission if you’re heading over to Chubby Noodle’s bottomless brunch. It’s only $55 a person for bottomless everything. They pre-select some of their most popular menu items (garlic noodles included), and you can pick what beverage you want to sip on (we started with mimosas and transitioned to sangria). Everyone starts at a designated time, so other tables are getting dishes with you, and are also progressively getting drunk with you. By the time your allotted 1.5 hours is coming a close, the staff has already started gradually cranking up the music and switched to sing alongs like “Party in the USA.” Before Chubby Noodle sends you on your way, they will finish off your brunch with a member of the waitstaff pouring liquor into your mouth before you get your check. What an experience. NOT meant for anyone heading home to hang after.
