60 Vines has a great concept- they have a selection of 60 different wines on tap, so you can custom create flights and try a wide range of types (they also rotate them out!). I went for a date night and was shocked by how PACKED this place was. Unfortunately we had made reservations and still waited about an hour to be seated. Luckily for us, the wait time gave us a chance to explore their wine menu and get a couple glasses from their extensive bar area.

Their food was nothing too crazy- a pretty wide range of Italian and American options. Their pizzas are popular, and they were good, but I wouldn’t say great. I did, however, really enjoy the experience of having our waitress pick out a wine pairing for us based on our preferences and the food we ordered. It made the dinner more of an ‘experience’ than just a traditional ‘eat out.’ Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable, fun to chat with, and even sent us a free dessert to top the night off.
