Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 135ish g (generous 1/2 cup) sourdough discard
  • Healthy portion of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into baking pan and bake for around 50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
