1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoons salt
2.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3.5 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tablespoon milk
135ish g (generous 1/2 cup) sourdough discard
Healthy portion of chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into baking pan and bake for around 50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
