High Protein Cream Cheese Stuffed Bagel Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup Carbonaut baking mix
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yog
- a little bit of honey
- 1 egg white (beaten)
- everything bagel seasoning
- low fat cream cheese for stuffing
Instructions
- Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
- Mix in Greek yog until a crumbly dough forms. Kneed dough until not sticky anymore
- Separate out into 7-10 even shaped balls depending on how big you want them to be
- Flatten out balls and put about 1 tsp of cream cheese in middle. Roll ball around the cream cheese.
- Brush with egg white and sprinkle on EBTB seasoning
- Air fry at 325 for 8-10 mins. I found my air fryer cooks fast, so might want to crank down the heat
