High Protein Cream Cheese Stuffed Bagel Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carbonaut baking mix
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yog
  • a little bit of honey
  • 1 egg white (beaten)
  • everything bagel seasoning
  • low fat cream cheese for stuffing

Instructions
 

  • Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
  • Mix in Greek yog until a crumbly dough forms. Kneed dough until not sticky anymore
  • Separate out into 7-10 even shaped balls depending on how big you want them to be
  • Flatten out balls and put about 1 tsp of cream cheese in middle. Roll ball around the cream cheese.
  • Brush with egg white and sprinkle on EBTB seasoning
  • Air fry at 325 for 8-10 mins. I found my air fryer cooks fast, so might want to crank down the heat
