Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter
Ingredients
- 30 oz pumpkin
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs pumpkin pie spice I was a little under this
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of cloves
Instructions
- Dump everything into your slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on high for about 2.5 hours, covered.
- Remove lid, stir, and cook for another hour.
- Let cool and store in a jar.
