Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter

Flavorful, healthy, and will make your house smell like a Yankee Candle.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs pumpkin pie spice I was a little under this
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash of cloves

Instructions
 

  • Dump everything into your slow cooker and stir.
  • Cook on high for about 2.5 hours, covered.
  • Remove lid, stir, and cook for another hour.
  • Let cool and store in a jar.
