Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
4 1/2 heaping tsp sugar
3 1/2 cups milk
6 cups frozen corn
6 large eggs, beaten until frothy
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, until a thick paste forms.
Gradually add milk, stirring until liquid is thickened. Stir in corn and eggs.
Pour into buttered 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake in a water bath at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

This corn pudding recipe came straight of my grandmother’s kitchen, and is a family staple for any special occasion. It’s easy to throw together, and only has a few ingredients, but is absolutely delicious and makes enough for the whole fam!
