The Best Granola Ever

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup less sugar cranberries
  • 2-3 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large pinch sea salt (plus a dash more to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300º F. Mix all ingredients together and make sure there are no coconut oil chunks- you may need to use your hands to mix to warm up the coconut oil.
  • Spread on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until very lightly toasted.
  • Let it cool and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

As the name implies, this is the best granola ever. Okay, okay, I like a good pumpkin spice granola too. BUT this is a great year-round recipe that can be customized based on what add-ins you tend to like. Sweet, salty, delicious.
