Chocolate PB Baked Oats

This is the most satisfying baked oats recipe you could ever make for breakfast. Filled with a peanut butter caramel for a gooey center, this baked oats start to the day satisfies my morning sweet tooth while leaving me full for hours.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • In a single serve blender, blend everything except peanut butter and maple syrup
  • In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup
  • In a small oven safe bowl, layer half the oat mixture, peanut butter mixture, and then the rest of the oat mixture
  • Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes
