1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
splash of vanilla
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 dates
1 tbs Peanut Butter
1 tbs maple syrup
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In a single serve blender, blend everything except peanut butter and maple syrup
In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup
In a small oven safe bowl, layer half the oat mixture, peanut butter mixture, and then the rest of the oat mixture
Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes
