- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, pecans, and almonds. 
- In a smaller mixing bowl, mix together everything else except for the cranberries. 
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and adjust spices as needed. 
- Spread your granola mixture onto the two baking sheets, and try to get them as flat as possible, which might be a little challenging because the discard makes the granola sticky. If your granola isn’t flat, it won’t get as crunchy. 
- About 15 minutes into baking, sprinkle on your cranberries, and add some flakey sea salt. 
- Bake fo around 25 to 30 minutes total, until golden brown. Let cool completely before breaking apart and storing.
