Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh green beans - ends trimmed
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • splash soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add washed and dried green beans to a large skillet along with oil. Sautee over medium heat 1-2 minutes.
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, and almonds.
  • Sautee 10 minutes or until green beans are soft. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

The ultimate way to cook your green beans. I’ve never made them another way after this recipe. The almonds add a great crunch, and a tinyyy bit of brown sugar makes them the perfect sweet to balance out the soy sauce flavor.
