Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • ½ to 1 tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you want it)
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Put raspberries in a pot and cook on medium until they get soft. Smash them a little as they cook.
  • Take off the heat and mix everything else in.
  • Put back on the heat, stirring until it thickens.
  • Put in fridge in an airtight container- jam will thicken more as it cools.
