Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

raspberries

tbs
chia seeds
½ to 1
tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you want it)
squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Put raspberries in a pot and cook on medium until they get soft. Smash them a little as they cook.
Take off the heat and mix everything else in.
Put back on the heat, stirring until it thickens.
Put in fridge in an airtight container- jam will thicken more as it cools.

This healthy raspberry chia jam is the perfect topping for literally anything- oatmeal, toast, peanut butter, my spoon- you name it. Keep it in your fridge and add to anything that needs a little tart punch.
