Creamy Tzatziki

Ingredients

finely chopped cucumbers
1 ½
cups
thick greek yogurt (I used 0% milk fat Fage Greek Yogurt)
2
tbs
lemon juice
2
tsp
olive oil
¼
tsp
mince garlic
¼
tsp
garlic powder
large pinch of sea salt
1 ½
tbs
chopped dill
Instructions
Grate or chop your cucumbers extremely finely. Drain as much water as possible using paper towels or a cloth. You want these as dry as possible.
In a bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients, adjusting spices as needed.
Stir in cucumbers and store in the fridge.
