Instructions
Air fry the gnocchi (about five minutes each side on 375- flip so each side gets direct heat)
Cook turkey bacon until almost crispy (still soft, since it will get more heat later). Chop into pieces and set aside.
Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add copped onions and sauté until they get soft (about 5 mins). Add salt and pepper and continue to cook until almost caramelized, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the frozen peas and seasoning.
Add the air fried cauliflower gnocchi, turkey bacon, and Parmesan. Let simmer together for a few minutes, letting the cheese melt.
