1 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you want spicier)
1.5 tbs water
1.5 tbs cornstarch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and set up two baking trays with sheets of parchment (seriously on this- they will burn on the bottom).
Mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl. If it looks too dry, add a bit more soy sauce or milk. If it looks too wet, add some more panko.
Scoop meatballs onto baking tray in about 2 tbs sized balls. Bake for around 15 mins.
While the meatballs are cooking, combine all ingredients in a saucepan except for the water and cornstarch. Mix those two together in a separate bowl. Heat the ingredients until they start to simmer, then add in the cornstarch combo. Bring everything to a boil, stirring frequently.
Once sauce is thick, add in the meatballs and serve w rice
