Ingredients
  

base:

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • ¼ tbs butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • big squeeze lemon juice
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Topping:

  • ½ tbs butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbs oats
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional topping: Greek yogurt with vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • preheat air fryer to 360 degrees.
  • Chop up apples. In an oven-safe bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the base evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the crumble toppings.
  • Spread crumble topping evenly over the apple base.
  • Put in air fryer and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Add optional yogurt topping.
