Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

can of chickpeas
½
cup
peanut butter
⅓
cup
honey

tsp
vanilla
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
baking powder
¼
tsp
baking soda
⅓
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray
drain chickpeas and pat dry a little bit
In a food processor or blender blend everything except the chocolate chips until a dough like consistency
fold in the chocolate chips gradually
spread mixture into the pan and sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top
bake in the oven for 20-25 mins (will look undercooked)
