Simple Cinnamon Sugar Bagel

Bake with caution- these bagels are addicting! They’re made with greek yogurt, so packed with protein, but have the same fluffy, doughy consistency of the bagels from that cafe around the corner.

Easy Cinnamon Sugar Bagel

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1-2 TBS maple syrup, depending how sweet you want the bagel
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Topping:

  • 3 tbs cinnamon
  • 3 tbs sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • While the oven preheats, mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. If it’s too dry, add more yogurt.
  • Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and roll into a 9 inch long.
  • Pinch the two ends of the dough together to form a circular bagel shape.
  • Transfer bagel to lined baking sheet and spray the top and sides of your bagel with cooking spray. Top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake the bagel for 30 minutes.
  • Once the bagel has finished baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
