Ingredients
- 1.5 cups greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (plus more for topping)
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- mix together all ingredients except for raspberries.
- once batter is combined well, stir in frizen raspberries.
- pour batter into greased baking dish and top with additional raspberries.
- bake for about 35-40 minutes, until center is firm and outside is golden.
- let cool for 20 minutes before digging in.
