Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray
  • drain chickpeas and pat dry a little bit
  • In a food processor or blender blend everything except the chocolate chips until a dough like consistency
  • fold in the chocolate chips gradually
  • spread mixture into the pan and sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top
  • bake in the oven for 20-25 mins (will look undercooked)
