Creamy Tzatziki

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup finely chopped cucumbers
  • 1 ½ cups thick greek yogurt (I used 0% milk fat Fage Greek Yogurt)
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp mince garlic
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • large pinch of sea salt
  • 1 ½ tbs chopped dill

Instructions
 

  • Grate or chop your cucumbers extremely finely. Drain as much water as possible using paper towels or a cloth. You want these as dry as possible.
  • In a bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients, adjusting spices as needed.
  • Stir in cucumbers and store in the fridge.
