Brussels and Apple Winter Salad

Ingredients

1 large (16oz) bag of shaved sprouts
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 large chopped Granny Smith
1.5 cups toasted pecans
1 5 oz container shaved parm
1/2 cup dried cranberries
dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tbs apple butter
1 tbs Dijon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients for the base of the salad. Toast pecans for about 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients for the salad dressing. Pour over the salad and mix together.
