Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 tbs honey
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt cloves, nutmeg
  • small handful of raisins and walnuts
  • mixture of yogurt, honey, vanilla for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix everything except for walnuts and raisins in a food processor.
  • Once blended, mix in raisins and walnuts (extra for topping).
  • Bake for around 20 mins, let cool slightly, and top with yogurt mixture.
