- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbs instant coffee
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup runny peanut butter
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- flakey sea salt for topping

- If not already baked, bake sweet potato in the oven at 400 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Make sure you stab with a fork beforehand to allow for ventilation. If using pre-cooked sweet potato, skip to next step.
