Tiramisu Whipped Cottage Cheese
Good for both energy and protein goals

freezer time 27 minutes mins
- 1 cup cottage cheese low fat
- 1 tbs instant coffee
- 1 tbs cocoa powder plus more for dusting
- 1 tbs maple syrup can add more to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla
- big pinch of salt
Blend everything together and pour into a small bowl.
Dust the top with cocoa powder.
Put in fridge for a couple hours or stick in freezer to expedite.
