Tiramisu Whipped Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low fat
  • 1 tbs instant coffee
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder plus more for dusting
  • 1 tbs maple syrup can add more to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • big pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together and pour into a small bowl.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  • Put in fridge for a couple hours or stick in freezer to expedite.
