Sea Salt Cottage Cheese Brownies

The fluffiest brownies ever!!! These cottage cheese brownies are moist and airy, and have the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The cottage cheese adds a little boost of protein to an already healthier brownie base. Warning- addicting!!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese I use low fat
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 big pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Flakey sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 dish or line with parchment paper
  • Blend everything together except non-melted chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into 8x8 dish and top with chocolate chips
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins until firm-ish
  • take out of the oven and top with flakey sea salt
