Raspberry Yogurt Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Fage, 2%)
  • 1 egg
  • dash of cinnamon
  • maple syrup
  • dash of vanilla
  • 2 slices of bread of choice (I prefer low carb)
  • toppings of choice (raspberries for me!!)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
  • Press down on the center of the bread, making it a bowl shape. Only leave the crust raised on the sides
  • Pour egg/yogurt mixture into the bread, and add toppings
  • Air fry at 400 for 10 mins
