Ingredients

1/2 cup yogurt (Fage, 2%)
1 egg
dash of cinnamon
maple syrup
dash of vanilla
2 slices of bread of choice (I prefer low carb)
toppings of choice (raspberries for me!!)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Press down on the center of the bread, making it a bowl shape. Only leave the crust raised on the sides
Pour egg/yogurt mixture into the bread, and add toppings
Air fry at 400 for 10 mins
