Pistachio Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 2 cups roasted, salted pistachios (I buy in bulk from Costco)
  • 1 tbs 1 tbs maple syrup
  • ½ to 1 tbs olive oil (adjust to get runniness you want)

Instructions
 

  • Throw all ingredients into the blender, and blend on high for around 10 minutes. Give your blender breaks every now and then (she gets tired).
  • Add more olive oil if you want a runnier consistency (pistachios seem to be a bit thicker when blended versus some other nuts).
