2 cups roasted, salted pistachios (I buy in bulk from Costco)
1
tbs
1 tbs maple syrup
½ to 1
tbs
olive oil (adjust to get runniness you want)
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into the blender, and blend on high for around 10 minutes. Give your blender breaks every now and then (she gets tired).
Add more olive oil if you want a runnier consistency (pistachios seem to be a bit thicker when blended versus some other nuts).
