day old cornbreadyou want cornbread that is almost a little stale. Enough to fill an 8x8 pan- suggestion would be make a 9x13 dish, enjoy some, and use the rest for cornbread :)

Instructions
preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8x8 dish.
Cut cornbread in 1-2 inch pieces and fill baking dish. Pour melted butter evenly over top.
Whisk together milk, sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla
Pour mixture evenly over cornbread and press bread down lightly until fully soaked.
Bake for 45ish minutes until golden
Let cool, Top with vanilla ice cream, hot honey, and enjoy
