High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

For the sweet tooth with -protein goals.- This high protein mug cake is good for two people- go ahead and half if you're just baking for yourself.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs cornstarch
  • 3 tbs peanut butter powder
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • handful of peanut butter chips (optional)
  • more peanut butter for filling (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease oven safe dish
  • Mix everything together, except additional peanut butter for filling
  • Put batter in greased ramekin, layering batter, peanut butter, batter
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until cakes on the outside, gooey in the middle
  • Let cool and enjoy with Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream if ur feelin fancy
