High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
For the sweet tooth with -protein goals.- This high protein mug cake is good for two people- go ahead and half if you're just baking for yourself.

Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- ½ cup chocolate protein powder
- 3½ tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 3 tbs peanut butter powder
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- handful of peanut butter chips (optional)
- more peanut butter for filling (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 and grease oven safe dish
Mix everything together, except additional peanut butter for filling
Put batter in greased ramekin, layering batter, peanut butter, batter
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cakes on the outside, gooey in the middle
Let cool and enjoy with Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream if ur feelin fancy
